Josh Dickinson

Executive Vice President

Josh leads all new development initiatives across residential, commercial, and waterfront projects. Josh brings a unique blend of technical expertise and hands-on field experience to every project. Since joining Scarborough Properties in 2014 shortly after graduating from Rowan University, Josh has played a key role in the company’s growth and long-term vision. He works closely with the principals on planning and executing future developments, overseeing project management, budget planning, and operational strategy. In addition, Josh manages all properties owned and operated by Scarborough Properties, including the company’s marinas and shopping centers, ensuring each asset is efficiently run and positioned for long-term success. Outside of work, Josh enjoys boating and spending time with his wife and children.

Katie Newkirk

Senior Vice President

Katie plays a key role in the company’s continued growth and expansion. She is a graduate of Rowan University, earning a bachelor’s degree in Public Relations and Advertising. Since joining Scarborough Properties in 2018, Katie has been deeply involved across multiple facets of the organization, contributing to projects spanning waterfront development, design, hospitality, and marine services management. She works closely with the principals to plan, launch, and operate new initiatives, while ensuring operational efficiency across the company’s diverse portfolio. Katie assists with strategic planning for each project and helps drive and support the continued expansion of Scarborough Properties’ dynamic portfolio, bringing a collaborative, detail-driven approach to every phase of development. Outside of work, Katie enjoys watching football (Go Birds!), dining in the city, and spending time at the beach.

Megan Reese

Sales Manager & Office Admin

Megan brings organization, efficiency, and consistency to the daily operations of Scarborough Properties. She manages and maintains all lease documentation, oversees company and home sales, and handles the full-cycle accounts payable process to ensure vendors are paid accurately and on time. She thrives in a fast-paced environment and values the strong team dynamic that defines the company. A graduate of Stockton University, Megan holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Business Administration, bringing both analytical skill and organizational strength to her role. Outside of work, Megan enjoys spending time with her friends, family, and her dog, Ezra.

Aaron Shea

Food & Beverage Director

As Food & Beverage Director, Aaron oversees all food, beverage, and service operations across the Paddle Clubs, ensuring a consistent and elevated experience for every member. He appreciates how much the company values getting the details right—something that motivates him and inspires the team to create exceptional experiences together. Outside of work, Aaron enjoys immersing himself in restaurant, food, and drink culture. He loves exploring new spots, following chefs and bartenders he admires, and staying connected to what’s evolving in the culinary world.

Victoria Truster, MBA

Accounting Manager

Victoria plays an integral role in managing the financial operations at Scarborough Properties. She oversees the company’s accounting functions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across the organization. Victoria values the friendly, collaborative work environment at Scarborough and enjoys being part of a team that supports one another. She holds a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in finance and brings a strong work ethic and attention to detail to her role. Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with her family, relaxing at the beach, traveling, and experimenting with new foods. Her favorite quote, “A slack hand causes poverty, but the hand of the diligent makes rich” (Proverbs 10:4), reflects her dedication and approach to both work and life.

Faith Assink

Social Media & Marketing Coordinator

Known for her creativity, Faith leads the marketing initiatives for Scarborough Properties and manages sales for the paddle clubs. She values the family-like atmosphere and strong sense of teamwork within the company. Faith is an FAA Part 107 drone pilot and a graduate of Stockton University, where she earned her degree in Communication Studies with a focus in Public Relations and Advertising. In her free time, she loves taking her dogs, Oakley and Willow, to the park, spending time with family and friends, and never misses a chance to cheer on the Pittsburgh Steelers.
